Pulled Pork Mac’n’Cheese

Kayem Artisan Smoked Pork, Mac'n'Cheese, bbq sauce, cheddar cheese, onion straws, recipe, foodservice application.

Ingredients

5 ounces Kayem Artisan Smoked Pork
3 ounces barbecue sauce
6 ounces cavatapi pasta, cooked
6 ounces cheese and beer soup
3 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
fried onion straws

Instructions

Pull pork and combine with the barbecue sauce and place in a shallow baking dish. Heat soup according to the directions, add the cheddar to the soup and mix in the pasta. Place the pasta mixture over the pork and bake until it is heated through. Garnish with the fried onion straws.
