Smoked Chicken Jambalaya Pasta

Kayem Artisan smoked chicken and andouille tossed with peppers, tomatoes and tagliatelle in a Creole-style jambalaya pasta.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

4 ounces Kayem Artisan Smoked Chicken, chopped
2 ounces andouille sausage, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
3 ounces canned diced tomatoes
4 ounces chicken veloute
6 ounces tagliatelli pasta
2 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Add the andouille sausage to the heated pan and cooke until seared and lightly browned. Add oil, onions and peppers and cook until the vegetables are starting to soften. Add the tomatoes and the chicken and bring to a gentle simmer. Warm the pasta in boiling water, add to the pan and vinish with the veluote.
