Smoked Chicken Enchilada Cannelloni

Kayem Artisan Smoked Chicken, enchilada cannelloni, black beans, slasa, white cheddar poblano soup, recipe, foodservice application.

Ingredients

4 ounces Kayem Artisan Smoked Chicken, chopped
1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
1/3 cup black beans, cooked
1 pasta sheet, fresh or frozen
2 ounces salsa
4 ounces white cheddar poblano soup

Instructions

Combine the chicken, tomato and the black beans. Place the mixture onto a pasta sheet and roll into a cannelloni.
Cover the bottom of the casserole dish with salsa and add the cannelloni. Cover with the white cheddar poblano soup and bake until heated through.
