Crispy Asian Pork Street Tacos

Kayem Smoked Pork, sweet teriyaki sauce, sriracha, pickled vegetables, cucumber wasabi dressing, in a tortilla, recipe, foodservice application.

Ingredients

6 ounces Kayem Artisan Smoked Pork
2 ounces sweet teriyaki sauce
1 ounce sriracha sauce
3 4" flour tortillas
3 ounces pickled vegetables, julienned
2 ounces cucumber wasabi dressing

Instructions

Deep Fry Pork at 350 F until crispy and heated through. Place pork, teriyaki and sriracha in a mixing bow, shred pork and mix with sauce.
Distribute the pork between the three tortillas.
Garnish with pickled vegetables and cucumber wasabi dressing.
