Stuffed Rodeo Burger

Kayem 4 oz Charbroiled Beef Patty Stuffed Rodeo Burger, wrapped in Grand's Buttermilk Biscuits, with fried onions and BBQ sauce, recipe for foodservice application.

Stuffed Rodeo Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 Kayem 4 oz Charbroiled Beef Patty
  • 120 grams reduced fat grands homestyle buttermilk biscuit dough
  • 1 tablespoon dill pickles, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon french fried onions
  • 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Defrost Kayem Charbroiled Angus Beef Patties in the refrigerator for 24 hours prior.
  2. Roll the biscuit dough pieces into a ball and flatten out the two pieces until they are larger in diameter than the patty.
  3. Place the burger on top of one of the biscuit dough circles and top with pickles, onion, and BBQ sauce.
  4. Place second the second biscuit dough circle on top of the patty and pinch edges together with the other, making sure the seam is tight.
  5. Place on pre-heated grill and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Flip the burger and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes, or until the dough is cooked and slightly browned.
  7. Remove from grill and let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving.
