Instructions

  1. Sandwich Assembly: For each sandwich, toast 3 pieces of bread and spread with mayonnaise. Top one piece of toast with lettuce leaf, 1/5 oz pastrami and a slice of bacon, cover with second piece of toast.
  2. Top with 1 leaf lettuce, 2 slices tomato, 1/5 oz pastrami, slice of bacon and top with remaining toast. Secure with club frill pics and cut into 4 triangles. Serve immediately.
